RETURN, REFUND, FEES AND PAYMENTS POLICY – ANJALI PHOUGAT

Designer Dream Collection LLC ("Anjali Phougat", "we", "us" or "our") operates and manages the website https://anjaliphougat.com (the "Anjali Phougat Platform") through which we facilitate the sale and purchase of couture apparel, accessories, and related fashion products ("Products") for users worldwide ("User" or "you").

This Fees and Payments Policy ("Policy") outlines our accepted payment methods and policies regarding the collection of fees for purchases made through our Platform.

1. GENERAL
We do not charge users for browsing the Platform. However, we reserve the right to impose fees for specific features or services in the future. You will be notified of any such changes, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.

2. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer the following secure payment methods:
- Major U.S. and international credit/debit cards
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where applicable)
- Shop Pay or other Shopify-integrated payment options
- PayPal

We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods without notice.

3. PAYMENT PROCESSING & VERIFICATION
We process payments through third-party secure payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted. You are responsible for providing accurate and authorized payment information. We reserve the right to request identification verification (e.g., valid ID or billing address confirmation) prior to processing.

4. TRANSACTION LIMITS & FRAUD DETECTION
We may impose transaction limits for security purposes. If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to:
- Delay or cancel your order
- Refuse payment
- Suspend your account temporarily or permanently

5. PAYMENT ISSUES
We are not responsible for payment failures caused by:
- Card declines
- Network errors
- Payment gateway failures
- Bank-imposed restrictions

For resolution, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer.

6. PRICING & TAXES
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable U.S. sales taxes unless otherwise specified. International customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, or local taxes imposed by their country.

7. PRICE ERRORS & ADJUSTMENTS
In rare cases, product prices may be incorrectly listed due to technical issues. If:
- The final retail price is lower than what you paid: you may request a refund of the difference within 24 hours of delivery.
- The listed price is incorrect and higher than expected: we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

To claim a price adjustment, contact orders@anjaliphougat.com with your order ID.

8. REFUNDS
Refunds, where applicable (e.g., in case of cancellation, price adjustment, or approved return), are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

9. RETURNS
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any custom-made or made-to-measure items.

For ready-to-ship (non-custom) items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us at orders@anjaliphougat.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
- Upon approval and receipt of the returned item, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

10. UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
If you notice an unauthorized charge:
- Check with other authorized users (e.g., family or colleagues)
- If unauthorized, report it to us at orders@anjaliphougat.com within 10 business days of the charge appearing
- We will investigate and take necessary action

11. INVALIDATED PAYMENTS
If a payment is later invalidated (e.g., due to a chargeback), you agree to remit the full amount within 24 hours of notice. Failure to do so may result in account suspension and potential legal action.

12. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
We may work with payment service providers or aggregators. By using the Platform, you authorize us to initiate payments and refunds through such providers as needed.
