1.1 Designer Dream Collection LLC, operating under the brand name Anjali Phougat, having its registered office in the United States ("Designer Dream Collection", "we", "us" or "our"), manages and operates the website https://anjaliphougat.com (the "Anjali Phougat Platform"). Through the platform, we facilitate the sale and delivery of high-end couture apparel, bridalwear, menswear, accessories, and other fashion products ("Products") to users globally ("User" or "Users" or "you" or "your").
1.2 This delivery and shipping policy ("Policy") outlines our procedures for the dispatch and delivery of Products ordered through the Anjali Phougat Platform.
1.3 We ship worldwide using trusted international logistics providers. Our goal is to ensure prompt, secure, and luxurious service from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door.
1.4 By using our Platform and/or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. Please review this Policy regularly. If you do not agree, please refrain from using or placing orders on the Platform.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS
2.1 We work with third-party logistics companies ("Logistic Partners") to ship Products. Order dispatch typically occurs within 10–15 business days for domestic U.S. orders, and 15–20 business days for international orders. Custom orders will have separate timelines communicated via email.
2.2 Certain regions may be deemed unserviceable. If your location is not eligible for delivery, this will be communicated during checkout. You may also verify delivery availability via zip code input.
2.3 You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.
2.4 Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned or re-dispatched at an additional charge, which must be paid in advance. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
2.5 Delays may occur due to external factors, including but not limited to:
(a) Logistics issues
(b) Weather conditions
(c) Strikes or disruptions
(d) Natural disasters
(e) Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you but are not obligated to compensate for delays.
2.6 While we strive to work with professional logistics partners, we are not responsible for their actions, behavior, or service. Issues must be resolved directly between you and the delivery personnel.
2.7 A tracking ID will be provided once your order is dispatched. You may use this on our Platform or via the logistics provider's website. Tracking updates may vary in accuracy.
2.8 We may charge shipping fees depending on the order value, delivery location, and Product type. International shipping charges (in USD, subjected to change anytime) are as follows:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless a defective or incorrect item was delivered and verified by our team.
2.9 For returns due to defect or incorrect delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Upon verification, reverse pickup will be arranged. All return decisions are subject to our discretion and policy.
